New Zealand Crane Group announces major fleet upgrade














New Zealand Crane Group has upgraded their fleet recently,
with the purchase of 7 new cranes.

Purchased were:

- 1 x Grove GMK7450             - 450t, 7 axle All Terrain Crane, 60 m Main Boom,
                                                    12 m – 73 m jib

-  1 x Grove GMK6300L          - 300t, 6 axle All Terrain Crane, 80 m Main Boom,
                                                   12 m – 21 m hydraulic offset bi-fold swing away jib

-  1 x Grove GMK5170            - 170t, 5 axle All Terrain Crane, 64 m Main, 18m Fly jib 

-  1 x Grove GMK4100            - 100t, 4 axle All Terrain Crane, 52 m Main Boom, 17 m Fly jib

-  1 x Liebherr LTM1055-3.2 - 55t, 3 axle All Terrain Crane, 40 m Main Boom, 16m Fly Jib

-  2 x Tadano TL-300E           -  30t, 4 axle Truck Crane, 33 m Main Boom, 14 m Fly Jib

The above cranes are in addition to our already extensive fleet of 100, 220 & 300t cranes and the availability of a 600 tonne Terex/Demag TC2800 wheeled lattice boom crane.

With these latest purchases, our fleet is significantly modernized and it will further anchor the position of New Zealand Crane Group as market leader in Heavy Lifting.
